Australia Post eParcel Delivery Service

Absolute Toys now uses Australia Post’s eParcel service.  This comprehensive delivery service ensures safe delivery with online tracking and proof of delivery. Every package has a unique identifying barcode and is trackable online at www.auspost.com.au/track. Proof of delivery requires a signature on delivery.  Option to add Insurance Transit cover up to $5000 per article.

If no one is present when delivery is attempted Australia Post will leave a calling card and make the consignment available for collection from a nearby Australia Post retail outlet, according to your preference.

Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. Absolute Toys ships on Monday Wednesday and Friday.  Postal service excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary during peak periods. Contact Us with questions about postage and shipping.

Need your package in a hurry? We offer Express eParcel which offers the same benefits as eParcel (unique barcode, trackable online, signature on delivery) with next business day delivery within the Express Post network.  Cost for Express eParcel is based on the weight of the package and destination. Absolute Toys ships on Monday Wednesday and Friday.  If you request Express Delivery you will be order will be sent by Express on the next Monday Wednesday or Friday.   Contact Us for a price on Express eParcel Delivery.

Items over 3 Kilos will be sent by Fastway Courier

Fastway Couriers sends to Street Addresses only in metro areas.  Fastway Courier requires a signature on delivery and all orders are Trackable online with your Fastway package number.

Absolute Toys ensures all toys are packaged safely with bubble wrap and protection packaging for a safe delivery.

An email confirmation will be sent when your item is dispatched from our warehouse. The email will say your order has been shipped from 'Absolute Websites'. As your package is in transit you will receive automated emails so you will know where your package is. You are able to check your delivery status at www.auspost.com.au/track
